hot, hot, hot...For
those of you in Dallas, how do you like the 108+ weather
for the last 25 days? And for those of you lucky enough
to be in a cooler place, remember, we normally get mild
winters...

the program Andaaz - our very own Ruby Bhandari will be featured in the
program tomorrow
(Saturday August 6th at 6:30 pm CST) - so set your
DVRs...if you don't get Sony TV, you can view it on
their site, AndaazTV.com . In this episode, Ruby
discusses the latest trends in bridalwear...so all you
future brides, take good notes!
As
we mentioned in the last newsletter, we shot a
commercial in India - in a village, complete with goats
and mud huts! You will be seeing it on national South
Asian TV soon, but

The Markets are here!! Market
season starts around the same time schools open - don't
know if the kids are as excited as we are...but we start
at WWIN in Vegas (Amazon Room, booth
1811), followed by Dallas...and we have some
great new tunic designs to showcase - currently over 400
high-end boutiques carry our line, including one in
Germany!
Coming
up on Friday, September 30th...the celebration for
the 20th Anniversary of Silk
Threads! As part of the event, we will
be raising funds for the Indo-American
Cancer Association, which supports charities,
including CAN-KIDS, which helps kids with cancer in
